When planning a wedding, one of the most important tasks is to keep your guests well informed whilst keeping the opportunity of making changes to the program open.
This can be done in the old-fashioned way with a save the date, followed by an invitation with the full program, relevant contact information, addresses and so forth.
This approach does however generate many questions from guests throughout the process, as all the information will need to be in place before sending out the invitations. Even so, it can be difficult to keep the invitation simple and include all the information, especially with larger weddings and destination weddings.
